Planning Packages
Partial Planning
Want to be the one in charge of your party planning but still want some expert guidance? We got you! With our partial planning package, you'll get access to our event planning expertise and vendor connections, while still having the freedom to plan your event the way you want. We'll be there to make sure everything is on track and to help you with any tough decisions, so you can focus on having the time of your life.
Full Service Planning
Our full-service planning package is the ultimate experience for those who want to go big or go home. We'll take care of everything from start to finish, so you can sit back, relax, and let us work our magic. You'll get to enjoy all the fun parts of planning your event without any of the stress or hassle. Let's make your dream event a reality, shall we?
Elopements ● Micro Weddings
Our elopements & microweddings package is perfect for couples who want an intimate and personalized celebration without the stress and fuss of a larger event. We'll work closely with you to curate every aspect of your special day, from choosing the perfect location to arranging the most exquisite details. Quality over quantity, baby!

Additional Planning Meeting
Add on a planning meeting at any time throughout the planning process for extra guidance and time to develop event design, nail down logistics, discuss potential changes, etc.
Additional Planners
Additional on-site planners for the event day may be added to any package, and may be recommended or required in some cases in order to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible, depending upon the venue layout, number of guests, or complexity of the event.
Additional On Site Hours
On site hours vary by package, but you can always choose to add additional hours to your day so that you know someone’s got your back the whole day long.
Venue Search
Let us assist you with one of the biggest choices you’ll have to make - your venue! We can make customized recommendations and help you narrow it down! Included in full service planning but available as an add-on for partial planning or elopement + microwedding packages.
Design Expertise
Take your event to the next level with our custom event design that can be added to any event package or add on. Our skilled team will work with you to create a cohesive and visually stunning aesthetic that will ensure your event is the talk of the town.
RSVP + Guest List Management
Keeping track of everyone’s RSVP for multiple events, who’s invited to what, plus ones, meal preferences, etc. — it can be a real headache! Leave it to the pros. We’ll manage everything and update you with a final headcount 3 weeks out from your wedding day.
Bridal Shower Planning
You want to throw a knockout bridal shower, but who knew that throwing a wedding actually meant planning up to 7-8 separate events??! Leave it to us. We’ll do the leg work so your family and friends can focus on showering you in love. Includes venue search, vendor selection + coordination, & 6 hours day-of coordination.
Accommodations Management
Researching hotel blocks, cabins, or AirBnB’s, negotiating pricing, & booking. We do our very best to provide you with options that are convenient to the venue and any other event locations for the weekend so that transportation is simple. We can also arrange separate accommodations for the newlyweds!
Additional Venue Walkthrough
One logistical walkthrough is included with each of our packages, and an additional design is included for full service planning. Sometimes partial planning clients will add a second walkthrough to review layout and logistical details earlier in the planning process.
Guest Concierge
We’ll field all wedding related questions from your guests, ensure they feel at home, and act as your personal event liaison, so you can rest easy knowing your guests are taken care of without the stress of responding to 1000+ texts & emails.
Invitation Management
Invitation design, printing, insert stuffing, and mailing available. Included in full service, but may be added to partial, elopement, & microwedding packages.
Vendor Outreach + Coordination
The most time-intensive part of planning; we’ll do the research, vet vendors, inquire availability, gather information & pricing, arrange consultations, & narrow it down for you so you can make the best choice for you! Add on to partial, elopement & micro wedding packages.
Additional Rental Meeting
A rental meeting is included in every package, but clients may always schedule an additional meeting if they’d like to review a wider array of options or change design direction.
Favor Assembly
Save time and outsource the tedious work of sourcing and packaging everything for your guest favors. We’ll source & assemble all of your favors so they’re ready to go for the big day. Does not include cost of supplies.
Welcome Bag Assembly + Delivery
Save time and outsource the tedious work of sourcing and packaging everything for your guest welcome bags. We’ll assemble & deliver all of the bags to the hotel or your welcome party. Does not include cost of supplies.
Pre/Post Wedding Event Planning
Make it a wedding weekend! Many of our couples want support planning additional events like a welcome party or post-wedding brunch so they can enjoy time with loved ones all weekend long! Includes venue search, vendor selection + coordination, & 6 hours day-of coordination.
Rehearsal Dinner Planning
Your planner will always be present for the processional & recessional rehearsal itself, but clients may add on planning & coordination of the dinner, too. Includes venue search, vendor selection + coordination, & 6 hours day-of coordination.
